  • Avoid wearing jewellery while swimming, showering, or bathing.
  • Apply all sprays, creams, and lotions before putting on your jewellery.
  • When not in use, keep your pieces in a dry, enclosed container to prevent exposure to air and moisture.
  • Physical activity can cause sweat build-up and increase the risk of damage.

Neglecting these guidelines can lead to fading, tarnishing, or breakage. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for jewellery damaged due to misuse.

How should I clean my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery sparkling and in good condition, follow these simple steps:

  1. Use a soft, lint-free cloth (like a jewellery or microfiber cloth) to gently wipe off oils, sweat, and residue.
  2. Never use bleach, alcohol, or strong cleaners—they can damage finishes and stones.
  3. For tarnished sterling silver or plated items, use a silver polishing cloth or designated cleaner made for that metal. Avoid excessive rubbing, especially on plated jewellery.
  4. Make sure your pieces are 100% dry before putting them away to avoid moisture-related damage.

What materials are your jewellery pieces made of?

We carefully select materials to ensure quality, durability, and style. Most of our jewellery is made from high-quality plating (such as gold or silver) to give a beautiful, long-lasting shine.

For pearl pieces, we use genuine freshwater pearls, known for their unique shape and natural luster.

We aim to use the best materials possible while keeping our designs accessible and stylish.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship all orders within 2 weeks of purchase. Once shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method you select:

  • Usually takes 1–5 business days within your region after dispatch.
  • may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

Please note: These timeframes do not apply to international orders, which may take longer depending on customs and local postal services.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, but only for items that are faulty or defective upon arrival.

Shipping Pricing

Our shipping prices may not align with the prices you may see on your package. That is because our shipping includes the shipping price and the packaging price.

We did not want to add packaging price to our products as it seems unfair, however, free shipping is available for orders above £30.
